The Rudkin & Herbert story began when co-founder, Ian Herbert, took an interest in the plumbing and heating industry from his dad. After completing his plumbing and heating qualifications, Ian went onto work for his dad's company, British Gas, and other smaller firms such as Rutmarsh Ltd and T&S Ltd.
The knowledge and experiences learnt over the years motivated him to start Rudkin & Herbert Ltd. What initially started with only a small van has now grown to a full-time and family-run limited company running since 1992. Along with employing various highly qualified heating engineers and plumbers servicing the Leicestershire area, we also provide bespoke design and installation of bathroom services.
