Once every month on a pre-arranged day and time the SCS site director will meet with the client to discuss the past week's performance and any immediate requirements for the ensuing week's cleaning services. On a three monthly basis there will be formal review meetings with the client, the site supervisor and the SCS operations manager.
To this end it has a continuing program for the systematic development of standards and procedures concerned with the prevention of accidents and damage to health. The application of these standards and procedures is recognized as an integral part of effective resource management and supervision at all levels.
