I have just bought a new Kia EV6 and the car is sitting on my driveway 3 weeks after placing an order. I dealt with Frazer Cameron and following the test drive I placed an order for delivery in March 2022. Fortunately, he remebered the detail of our conversation and contacted me a week after placing the order with the offer of the same vehicle but in a different colour. The prep and handover of the vehicle was very relaxed and they took care of every detail. I have also had a follow up call to discuss the nuances of owning an EV and available accessories for this model. First class.

We dealt with the MG side and our experience was terrible. The employee in question couldn't care less about her customers. We're easy to deal with and I never leave a negative review but service was shockingly poor. We had to chase her repeatedly to communicate and vehicle was delivered without any maintenance or warranty info filled in...just a blank book. The one positive was Jimmy...what a lovely gentleman and thank you for delivering our vehicle to us.

I purchased a Kia and after 5 days it has an unexpected manufacturing fault. Fraser and Fraser where extremely helpful and offered a refund or to find us another car. They gave us a courtesy car while they sourced another car and had it sent up for us. They were extremely accommodating and I couldn't of asked for better service especially during the pandemic! Will definitely buy from Dicksons again - thanks guys!

Recently bought my Kia Sorento this is my 8th car ( 2 pathfinders & 5 X-trails ) in 18 years from Dicksons and always found their sales and customer care to be the best in scotland but this time they have raised the bar even higher!!! Michael Reardon sales even came in on his holidays to hand the car over and also to keep me happy got the alloys refurbished, also Jim the delivery driver is a credit to Dicksons I defy anyone to find better customer care well done Dicksons 1st class as usual you put your rivals to shame

Amazing service from start to finish 💯 Allison especially as well as the team at the front are 1st class in customer service and care. Even got a small gift handed over to me when collecting the car due to it being in an extra day or two than expected. Above and beyond service and definitely somewhere I will be purchasing a car from in the future.

Picked up my Sorento on Saturday. All arranged remotely- just picked up in person. Kyle, as the face of Dicksons, was great to deal with. Very professional, courteous, did what he said he would do when he said he would do it (a rarer trait these days than you might think). Very impressed with the level of customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use Dicksons again. Full marks! Thank you all so much!

Not a good service. Car under KIA warranty, had problems with the radiator and brought it in for service and told it was fixed. Two days later it leaks again and I kept calling for a week to be told that they do not offer s courtesy car or are willing for me to fix the car in Fort William. No flexibility for customers in other areas to Inverness. The statement was "it is the case for all customers in remote areas", so thank you for a KIA warranty but no thank you. Asked to leave the car on Saturday to be looked at on Tuesday, that back and forth shows me unwillingness when you are not a paying

8th April 2021, my 68 plate Picanto was booked in for it's 2nd service, it's first since I bought it in November 2020. Arrived at Dicksons about 10 minutes before opening time 08:30, a member of the reception staff came and met me at the door and was happy to book my car in early. I had requested a courtesy car and was delighted to receive a brand… new Picanto with less than 150 miles on the clock and half a tank of fuel.
