We really will either live or die with how we respond to our Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Chrysler Jeep customers. You can rely on us to always treat you, no matter what your interest is, in a manner we would expected to be treated ourselves.
We're not the biggest dealer and don't have the most expensive and glitziest showroom you have ever seen, or paid for! However, we do probably have some of the most competent sales staff in the UK who are well informed, trained, experienced, respectful and honest. We make it a policy of not promising something that we know we cannot fulfil.
Huttons Ltd is an Appointed Representative of Automotive Compliance Ltd, who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No 497010). Automotive Compliance Ltd's permissions as a Principal Firm allows Huttons Ltd to act as a credit broker, not as a lender, for the introduction to a limited number of lenders and to act as an agent on behalf of the insurer for insurance distribution activities only.
Huttons have a wonderful, sixteen year, exclusive relationship with Motor Bodies (Weston) Ltd., owned by Carl Prosser. Motor Bodies carry out all of our Bodyshop work, and we can, without reservation recommend them highly. Motor Bodies Weston was established in 1997 by it's current owner and swiftly earned itself a reputation for carrying out premier workmanship on both prestigious and mainstream vehicles in the south west.
We have been a Motability 'Premier Partner' dealer for many years and have grown a portfolio of customers who have been kind enough to repeat order their Motability cars from Huttons. Gradually as the years have gone by we have gained ever more valuable operational experience of not only the specific needs of our Motability customers but the intricacies of the sales and service administration behind it.

Appalling bad experience when I collected my car two years ago, continued to equally unsatisfactory services.
More than 3 hours of waiting around for a service that should have taken 90 minutes, to leave with an incomplete service, no courtesy clean, and dirty, used tissues left in the footwell. Just want you want to find in pandemic! 😡

I have taken my Motorhome there since new in 2014. Always found them to be good and never a problem. In 2019 I had the cam belt, rollers and new water pump done. In the afternoon they found it was the wrong water pump, which meant it would not be ready until the next afternoon, they lent me a car to go home, 60 miles away. It was ready the next afternoon and it was fine, but it did cause me some disruption. I thought they would of checked the parts were the correct ones in the morning, and not found out in the afternoon.

Opening times on web were wrong, travelled through rush hour traffic and got there as they were closing .... guy really rude "We've never opened until 6, its not my fault" etc
Guess we will be taking our business elsewhere.
He could have dealt with it so much friendlier and we would have been totally understanding.... but a very rude brush off does not make customers.
We only wanted to look at the size of a boot, it would have taken 20 seconds.

I took my Alfa Romeo Giulia in for a major service, and to address some warranty claims that were overdue. The Huttons team treated me like royalty and went to every trouble to persuade fight my warranty case with Alfa. Huttons won and resolved every problem, providing me with daily progress reports whenever they were required.

Paul the Sales manager has now sold me three Fiats, and he’s always so helpful. I know I only have to pick up the phone and ask for help and the response is always so helpful.
Before my last a Fiat I tried two other local showrooms, Vauxhall and Skoda, but their dismissive lack of customer service made my mind up to buy my second Fiat. I recently returned for my current Fiat, slightly larger for my dog. Again, so pleasantly surprised by the help I had. And I love the car!

Having spent the last 40 years of my working life in the motor trade today's trip to my local Fiat dealer for parts for my wife's car was a very poor experience.
I required two fixing bolts and rubber mounts for my wife's air filter and was told these come as a minimum order of 5 and the dealer did not want the other 3 put on the shelf.
How can it be possible as a customer that I can't buy Fiat parts from a Fiat dealer?
While I fully understand bulbs come in boxes of ten and will eventually sell one at a time I cannot understand the no we can't help mentally on a couple of bolts and rubbers

Called the dealership to enquire about one of their vehicles for sale and asking regarding part exchange options. Member of the staff on the phone was outright rude and had a dreadful attitude when he learned what I wanted in part exchange value for my vehicle! I explained that I was not only exploring the option of P/X but also outright cash purchase, but told him frankly I'll take my business elsewhere! Would recommend others do the same! Absolutely dreadful attitude to have and to treat your clients which such disrespect drives them away! Highly disappointed...

Wow what service... I recently decided to swop in my beautiful Abarth 595 that I previous purchased from here for a Fiat 500x. To say I gave Kevlin every challenge going was an understatement..... he was always calm, professional and did exactly what he said he would do. Always called me when he said he would and undoubtably went above and beyond to make sure I drove away the new car. He is a genuine credit to Huttons and works incredibly hard to get it all sorted. Having read the previous review, I thought I would post my review as their experience is not what I have found. I have had my wife's Fiat 500 serviced at Huttons on 3 occasions, and always found them to be very good. They have always been professional, and addressed any additional problems (with the car) without difficulty. On the last service they advised me there was a crack in the water pump casing which I wasn't aware of,. They rebooked the car in for another date, sorted me a courtesy car (FOC) and replace the pump under warrenty.
Their servicing costs are average, but they price matched
