P D Graham are a well established family building business serving Skegness, Alford, Mablethorpe, Louth and other areas. We cover all aspects of the building industry, including new build, building extensions, property renovation, building ground work, building repairs and roof repairs. We also specialise in stone work, block paving, plastering, timber fencing and other branches of the trade.
Over the years have gained much expertise in resolving all problems that can arise with all aspects of the business. We generally operate in a 50 mile radius of Skegness, but are comfortable in providing estimates for projects further afield. Brick work and joinery is undertaken by our own experienced staff.

We are fully qualified builders and joiners with over 40 years experience in building trade having an excellent reputation. We have much expertise in restoration work - including works on stately homes and similar listed properties.

Peter Graham is incompetent, rude, dishonest and they are only the best things about him. His sons David Graham and Peter Graham Junior are the same. Not only was their work atrocious, they attempted to blackmail me into paying £36000 extra for work they had not done and repeatedly called making death threats. When all that failed they made false allegations to the police to attempt to destroy my business. 3/11/2020 update - just one example photo of Peter Graham's plastering on a brand new wall....

Excellent family run business, I was looking for a good quality building firm so after asking around I was repeatedly given these guys. Great Company, moved into a House knowing it needed work just before Christmas 2014, needed exterior finishing, new guttering, sofits, window, etc. House had dropping brickwork due a failure of lintel.Tiles missing and broken. Electrics main board was very old, it had real wired fuses from 1930's, all replaced with RCB modern board. Needed re-plastering of Landing, and one Bedroom, flooring replaced where damp had entered, causes traced and fixed. All this work was done to exceptionally high standard, and surprisingly economically because it was a very long list of jobs. Fitted everything around
