Wright and Co was founded in 1994 by John Wright. John already had many years experience having worked as as an estate and letting agent since 1981 and wanted to put this knowledge and experience into a new independent estate agency offering a friendly professional service in and around the Medway Towns.
We extensively advertise properties in the Medway area and are recognised as specialists in Upper Gillingham in particular. Wright and Co offers a 'no sale no fee' policy to all new clients. That means we only get paid if we sell your house and once the transaction is completed. Many clients choose us by reputation or have already sold a property with us before.
Wright & Co currently manage hundreds of properties in the Medway Towns. Many of our Landlords have been with us for many decades and include Professional Landlords for whom we manage a large portfolio and some who are letting their home for a few years whilst they travel abroad. Whatever the reason for you becoming a Landlord you can rest assured that we look after your property and help you with all the legal aspects.
Once you have found a property through Wright and Co Estate Agents we will send you our application pack to complete. These forms will help explain the next stages of your application and we will require some personal information and forms of identification at this stage of the process. In some cases, we will ask to take a holding deposit to secure a property for an applicant.

My experience with Wright Estate and Lettings was very unprofessional. I was very disappointed with the carefree and lack of accountability I experienced with this company. To date I have not had a response to my request, complaints and even been able to close business account with Wright lettings. This is extremely poor customer services and awful representation of estate and letting agents in a regulated profession in the 21st century.

I can’t praise John and Hannah enough for such a brilliant service. I rang John asking to find a place to rent urgently for me and my daughters and amazingly he not just found a lovely house for us but he was able to persuade the landlord to let us move in quicker then we could have hoped for. We have had such personal and committed support from John and I’m very grateful.

I've rented with Wright & Co for several years now and would gladly use them again over any other agency. All their staff are a pleasure to deal with and genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell you are dealing with a smaller agency that actually cares about their users opposed to just being in it for the money like you feel with some larger agents.
Any problems are quickly resolved and when I experienced a delay it was generally down to the time of year e.g Christmas or due to agents outside of their control.
