AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. our first visit to the spa and our last. Poor communication and messing up our booking despite me calling the day before to assure things were in order. Messed our booking UP anyway, which we found out on the day. Staff very unwelcoming. My "luxury" pedicure for £45 was literally filing my heel for two minutes, and painting my toes. I actually walked out feeling confused and absolutely robbed. Emailed management and have heard nothing. Find somewhere nicer where you'll actually get an experience which matches what you pay. AWFUL.

Stayed at Milford Hall when visiting Salisbury and the cathedral and treated myself to a massage and some time in in the Lime Tree Spa - the massage was total relaxation thanks to Jane the therapist. And the spa had an outside hot tub which, on a wet and windy day in December was actually magical. Left feeling much lighter than when I arrived, recommended!

Had a fabulous all over body massage with Jane, she helped to me ease my shoulder tension so I felt extremely relaxed afterwards. It was lovely to meet Jane who is a very genuine and warm person would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience! Lovely facilities, staff, treatments and food. We really enjoyed our massages and the staff created a relaxing environment. My sister and I have dietary requirements and the kitchen staff went out of their way to provide us with a delicious lunch. Would highly recommend the whole experience!

We had an amazing morning here for the half day spa package. We enjoyed a treatment each, use of the lovely hot tub and sauna and a wonderful lunch. The perfect couple's treat for a weekend getaway. The staff were so welcoming and warm. I felt very spoilt.
