These new Regulations require landlords to have the electrical installations in their properties inspected and tested at least every five years by a person who is qualified and competent. Landlords have to provide a copy of the electrical safety report and corresponding certificates to their tenants, and to the local authority if requested.

Being a member of the NIC EIC scheme gives you, the customer, peace of mind that all work is carried out in accordance with Part P of building control.
The price quoted is subject to the main and equipotential earth bonding being in an adequate condition and there being no latent defects in the existing electrical installation that could cause problems for the new protective devices. All work will be carried out to the Institute of Engineering and Technology Requirements for Electrical Installations, 18th Edition (2018), BS7671 (2018).

It's very hard to find an electrician who gives fair pricing. We contacted Benjamin as our past electrician let us down and quoted a full day's work for something Benjamin and his team managed to complete under 2 hours.
The team made sure to bring the appropriate equipment and staff to get the job done as efficiently as possible.
