If you and your heritable predecessors have continually used a water source and pipe and storage system situated on your neighbours land for decades and it is the only active water supply to your property, you might consider that you have a servitude or legal right in that supply. But, not necessarily so.

Ian was not aware of the law at all. It was to the level that I have to explain him what other lawyers are saying since I tried to contact multiple (I had to go through the hassle of dealing with him). At the end, I apologised on that fact that Ian Wood-nut was the lawyer I have hired in front of all people. Find you a better lawyer.

My company used Philip Lawson in a long running construction law dispute against a difficult opponent which concluded recently. Philip was thoroughly professional throughout and his understanding of the law pertaining to my case was second to none, indeed it was fascinating to watch him calculate every possible scenario and arrive at the best possible way forward it a matter of minutes. From the very first meeting to the very last his advice was invaluable, relevant, concise and productive.
I firmly believe the end result was the best possible outcome under the circumstances and this is entirely
