Had broken down boiler which was over 20 years old running on a water tank system, Was left with no heating or hot water EON advised me they could come out in roughly 10 weeks!
But thankfully NPG team came out within 7 days and completed new boiler fitting removed all the old boiler and water tank, very clean work didn’t cut any corners and very clear with every step of the build no hidden costs, arrived on time and completed works within 2 days cannot fault them at all life savers would highly recommend for all plumbing, boiler gas etc needs!

Rubbish company. Came out to do a gas safety inspection, checked 1 metre and left.
Did not check boiler or any appliances nor did they test them. They did not tell the customer anything if appliances are safe : work or not.
Rubbish service & so rude on the phone
1 star is generous I would give them 0.

FIVE STAR service from start to finish
Our ancient boiler was condemned and we were given a quote of £2500 for a Bosch 30kw with a 7 year guarantee
Our neighbours recommended NPG so we tried them alongside another local company
I can genuinely say Sam was great with all the info, he gave me options and discussed all of them with us one by one...
We chose a 34kw boiler with the 10 year guarantee and saved about £700
I chose to do the review now as its been 1 year and the boiler has been great, silent yet huge power in the shower
