Maintainability is determined by the ease with which the product or system can be repaired or maintained. A product or system will often have a potential for some dependability issues during its service life, sometimes these issues remain hidden for months or years into its operation.
Synoptix is a direct supplier to the MoD via the FATS mechanism (Framework Agreement for Technical Support) and has acted as both prime and sub-contractor for multiple defence engineering programmes. We have many associate engineers with security clearance, accustomed to working with classified documentation and all varieties of Defence Standards (DEF STAN).
