I have had work done at 2 properties, both times the lads were curtious and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. We had a skypod, french windows, windows , door and cladding done all enhanced our property. Very happy :-)

The back door has never been right from day one. It keeps dropping and does not lock. I have to keep ringing them every day. Keep stalling and saying they are too busy and short staffed. Get appointment booked in and no one turns up. When I ring them again to ask whats happened, I am told that the fitter had to go somewhere else and they have no one else. This has been going on for a few years. When the fitter comes, he does a few adjustments and the next day the door drops and I am back to square one. Asked for a replacement door and was told never in a million years! Avoid this company. Very
