Over my one year engagement with them, I was passed between four different people, none of whom seemed to properly communicate the state of my situation properly between different parties, and offered different and conflicting legal advice - in the end, their mishandling of my situation cost me a deal I was working towards. They obviously have poor internal processes which puts their business operations (or lack thereof) ahead of their clients.
Their prices are not cheap and the quality of work is terrible. They made all this fuss about needing a bespoke set of documents
