Amtek was founded in 2000 by Paul Heath as a sub contract detailing supplier, as the customer base grew the company expanded to provide a wider range of services. Amtek has always strived to add value for our customers, as a flexible business we have been able to meet our customers' needs and provide the services they require, as we have grown so has our customer base.
Established in 2003, Amtek Technical Resources provides a recruitment service for the placement of permanent and contract engineering staff for a wide range of roles across the engineering industry. Candidates are recruited and selected by engineers who understand the needs of an engineering design office environment.
We utilise our experienced multi-disciplined engineering team to produce innovative concept solutions to solve customer issues. Creating initial designs is something that we're extremely passionate about. It's a great opportunity to collaborate together, be creative and to develop an innovative and novel solution to your design requirements.
Amtek's mechanical design experience together with our understanding of aerospace tooling and equipment has enabled us to develop a large portfolio of aerospace engineering design projects associated with Ground Support Equipment (GSE). To date, we have supplied some of the world's leaders with tooling and equipment to aid manufacture, test, overhaul and upgrade of everything from airframes to jet engines.
