Oxford Place Dental
For facial aesthetics, braces or implants and you both get 10% off the cost of your treatment. Located south to the beautiful Lake District National Park, Barrow-in-Furness is home to the world renowned makers of submarines and one of the world's largest operational offshore wind farms.

From our humble beginnings as an NHS dental practice dated back in 1980s in Duke Street, to one of the dental practices in South Lakes with the best reputation for providing quality general and implant dentistry, OXFORD PLACE DENTAL has only one promise to live up to, happy and satisfied patients.
Services
For over four decades, our practice has gone from strength to strength, providing the local community with quality dentistry it deserves. Established as an implant referral practice, we value enormously the trust that our referring dentists have placed in us to look after their patients and make every effort to continue our professional relationship.
By regularly attending the dentist, problems can be spotted early. For example, when a tiny tooth decay on the side of a tooth is detected on a radiograph during a checkup appointment. The remedy could then be minimal which might be as simple as paying particular attention in cleaning certain areas.
At OXFORD PLACE DENTAL, we work tirelessly to make our extensive range of treatments as affordable as possible. Whether it is one or a number of dental implants, braces or cosmetic treatment, it is useful to know that when you are happy with a treatment plan but find the cost prohibiting, you could always spread the cost over a fixed term, interest free, as we pay the cost of this facility to our finance provider.
Following an examination, we would discuss with you all important clinical findings and if any dental treatment needs to be organised. We would also arrange your hygiene appointment although if you prefer, this could be arranged in advance to be on the same day as your checkup. You would see Sally or Helen for your hygiene appointments.
Broadly speaking, dental treatments may be divided into the ones that are essential to health, including preventative and restorative treatments, and those which are primarily focused to improve the aesthetics of smile. Having said that, if the treatment is planned and executed properly, it could improve both health and aesthetics.
