We've had an End Of Tenancy Cleaning and professional carpet washing by these guys and everything was spotless!
Jobell told us will make everything on the highest professional standards to make sure we can get back the full amount of our deposit from the Estate agency.
The only thing was they had been missing a few marks on the skirting board but after the check from the agency we contact them for that and they react quickly and come back to the property on the same day and fix that.
And we`ve got back %100 of our deposit how we was been told.

Very pleased with the end of tenancy clean for my student house. Much cheaper price than my landlord offered and much better job with carpets cleaned, fridge/freezer and oven included too. Landlord was happy with it! Only improvement would be better communication when customer asks questions. Providing a sheet with everything included would be great, as external windows/bins aren’t and we didn’t know, even though I asked JoBell what wasn’t included, without response.

We find this company when we were looking for cleaner to clean our offices. We spoke to the director of the company. He was so helpful. Jobell cleaning staff they are very reliable, punctual, doing their job professionally. We sighed three days a week for trial. However, with their excellent service we received, we decided to give them on going contracts. I would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for the good cleaners in Guildford.
