We offer a fantastic large open beam space equipped with a rustic barrel bar, furniture, lighting and hay bales and the opportunity for you to decorate the barn to your chosen theme.
There are also surrounding fields to cater for a variety of wedding activities, our very own unique luxury shepherd hut toilets and a newly refurbished commercial kitchen which comes with a selection of award-winning caterers to look after your day. We loved the incredible barn from the moment we saw it and are so happy we were able to hold our special day there. The surrounding area is beautiful and the barn is perfect for couples looking for a rustic venue. Tim was so friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout the lead up including a busy couple of days before, as we had a number of different suppliers arriving on site.

We both always thought it was such a cliché to say that your wedding day is the best day of your life.. but it really was the best day of our lives!!
Carolyn and Tim at Bowerchalke Barn were so incredibly helpful and accommodating. Every last little detail was handled perfectly by Carolyn, the co-ordinator. From the big stuff, like the table layout, to the small stuff, like Marshmallow toasting over the fire pit. They were both so friendly and approachable, and always quick to respond to any queries. We felt confident throughout that they were experienced and knowledgeable, and gave lots of sound

We held a small, intimate and very personal marriage at Bowerchalke Barn this January and it was a day that will live long in our memory. Timmy and his team were absolutely incredible, we couldn't be more thankful for everything they did for us and also at such short notice. It is clear they care so much about their business, putting on the perfect day for their guests and ensuring we had the best time possible.
Nothing was ever too much hassle, they are friendly, accommodating and know how to put on a wedding, organising everything from seating to food (delicious). As a licences venue it meant

What a fantastic Barn!
With Covid causing disruption to our planned wedding, we started looking at other venues, when we saw Bowerchalke Barn we instantly fell in love with the place, honestly if this were the first venue we viewed, we would not have looked anywhere else.
The barn is very grand, but very rustic at the same time - although the barn is quite large it still has a nice intimate feel about it and it is so lovely as it is, we hardly put any decorations out (it really didn't need them!). The Shepherds Hut toilets are a cool touch too.

Gorgeous setting, ancient feeling barn with lovely lighting and bar area. Plenty of space to dance. We were there in November and with a barn dance to keep us warm it was brilliant. May have been chilly if we were just there for a sit down dinner. Loos were slightly "rustic" - portaloos with not much lighting - but I have a feeling this was a temporary arrangement while another area was being refurbished. Had overwhelmingly positive feedback from guests about how wonderful the venue was and requests for this to become an annual event!
