On a Sunday night, our oven packed it in, and help arrived within an hour. The technician was quite helpful and pleasant, and he promptly identified the problem. We'll be getting a new oven installed. When it came to scheduling an installation date and advice on which oven to buy, Wkd Electrical Specialists Ltd was extremely prompt and accommodating. Replaced my broken electric hob (and came up with a solution to get it to fix in the wrong size of hole), bathroom spot lights and light fittings in the bedroom and living room. I had to deal with multiple zoom calls at the same time. I am so pleased with the service and the work! I would recommend 100%, and great value for money. Massive thank you!
