Gerry formed the company jointly in 2000 and has succesfully developed a small 'Maintenance Solutions' business into a multi divisional company. He has a hand on approach in the day to day running of the company and is the Quality Manager.
He continues to expand and develop the companys divisions within the construction industry. Peter is responsibe for estimating, project management and developing the supply chain for all projects. Michelle is responsible for management of accounts and the administration of the Maintenance Solutions Division.

Adopting the same processes throughout the divisions has ensured that our quality workmanship and jobs are delivered on time and to budget. As a building contractor we provide an integrated service by applying our vast expertise to a diverse range of disciplines within the industry.
Expanding the company further in 2007 became Licenced Asbestos Removal Contractors. Clients include N.I.H.E, Housing Associations, Education & Library Boards, University of Ulster, Health & Social Care Trusts and Private clients. The company and its employees strictly adhere to its environmental policy and site waste management plan, thus minimizing the impact of our Carbon Footprint on the environment.
We invest significantly in a wide range of training, new safety initiatives and procedures for all our personnel, The Managing Director, is the Health and Safety Manager who is assisted by the Health and Safety Administrator, while training needs and requirements are closely monitored by our Training Co-ordinator.
