I am a Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire Photographer and owner at Uptown Imaging. I can remember way back, i was about 10 years old when i first got my hands on a camera, on holiday with Mum, Dad and Sister, on the little Spanish island of Majorca. I can still see that photograph in my mind.

Anna and Hugh chose a beautiful venue set in the heart of the Hampshire countryside, Bury Court Barn is an old converted barn which was the centre point for their rural wedding, the gardens offer tranquility in a stunning walled courtyard which was designed by owner John Coke in collaboration with Piet Oudolf, a famous dutch garden designer.

We are stunned (in the best possible way) on where to start! Working with Ryan and Chris was an absolute pleasure! Ryan was so organised and professional in the pre-wedding organisation and we had full confidence in him. On the day, Ryan and Chris were such a great calming presence and made us all feel very comfortable. Neither my husband or I would describe ourselves as "naturals" behind the camera but Ryan and Chris' relaxed demeanour really put us at ease. We loved their candid style and have the most incredible selection of photos and memories as a result. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to work with us to achieve the photos we wanted

We were lucky enough to have Ryan and Chris capture our special day back in July 2021. Ryan was very professional and easy going right from the start. My wife and I planned our wedding very last minute (in the middle of Covid/lockdown) and Ryan made us feel at ease, being very flexible given the circumstance we were all in. Emails were responded to within 24 hours and all questions were answered in detail. The build up to our big day was efficient.

Look no further. You have found your Wedding photographer. Ryan kindly visited our home to discuss his work after a friend had recommended them. Ryan was instantly likeable. Really friendly and polite, and very professional. We were sold there and then. Ryan was joined on the day with the second photographer Chris. Both fitted in so well on the day. They seamlessly worked around us, but with an incredibly attentive approach. Even when we were taken for certain scenery shots and group shots, it felt fun and relaxed. We had a sunset session and these photos are simply incredible. They captured images

Well what can I say we got two fantastic photographers who I didn’t know before and they became very special guests at our wedding, they weren’t pushy or interfering they were just part of the day and the photos were just amazing!!

Ryan is an incredible photographer. He caught so many treasured memories perfectly for us, in such a natural way on our wedding day. Ryan and Paul photographed my wedding and were so attentive. They made sure they were familiar with the location to gather ideas for photos. They came up with images and ideas that I never would have thought of. They have a great eye for detail and ensure you feel comfortable and relaxed the whole day with nothing to worry about. The edited images were stunning and they ended up being used by my guests for their weddings!
