Services
All our dentists adhere to the rules governing the profession under strict guidance from the General Dental Council (GDC) "Standards for Dental Professionals". Carina has been Practice Manager at East Street since 2003. With her wealth of experience and people skills, she is happy to address any queries in an effective and efficient manner.
We can help you whether your visit is to help maintain your teeth, improve your smile or if you have a dental emergency. We welcome new NHS and private patients all year round and offer a full range of NHS and cosmetic dental treatments for the entire family. We accept both fee paying patients and patients that are exempt from NHS charges.
East Street Dental Practice is situated in Barking Town Centre. We are opposite Boots the Chemist and a 5 minute walk from Barking Station. Buses running close to the practice are EL1,E L2 these buses stop at the Police Station. Other buses close by are 62, 287, 368, 387. There are also various Pay & Display Car Parks a short walk from the practice if you are traveling by car.

RUDE receptionists, avoid at all cost. They do not want to help you in anyway, shape or form, very bad attitude, very moody and aggressive tone in how they speak to you and just plain rude. Advise you you to seek else were. Just so unhelpful in every single way, They don't give a @$%%## that you are in pain with tooth ache.

My Family and I have used this practice for many years and I have never had a single issue. Even at the height of the pandemic they offered amazing care to one of my Daughters in particular. Reception are always so helpful and go above and beyond. We have been under Dr Kunal’s care for many years and he has always been so amazing, explaining every problem in detail and in a way we understand and always giving us all possible options. I would recommend this practice without hesitation. They set an extremely high example of how care should be. We are so grateful to you all! Thank you

Every time I come here the service it’s bad to worse….
Today even with Covid 19 rules out,I had to call the reception for them to be aware I was here,then,wait outside standing, for 10 m until they come to pick us up…
Dentist was not full,seating area was able to accommodate us on 2 meter rule,but instead,we were outside standing….
For 10 whole minutes…..
Last time,I lost an appointment due to lack of communication, the service here it’s just bad….
No one cares about the customer,even if it is us that pay their salary.
