Daniel Cobb did an excellent job of selling our flat, for a sold price that exceeded the asking price recommended by a couple of their competitors. They kept the process on track in spite of numerous obstacles beyond their control. Often estate agents come with a patina of corporate slime, but Ian Boardman in particular is genuinely engaging and friendly.

We dealt with Jazmin and then Charlie for our move and it was a fantastic experience. Everyone was very professional and responded speedily. They were very clear what was needed and answered all our (sometimes stupid) questions with politeness and speed. We had a fairly quick turn around and because they did things so fast we weren’t stressed at all. Highly recommend.
