Absolutely Terrible Service, I would not inflict this company on my worst enemy !!!
I would award them minus star figures if possible !
They submitted my accounts late 2 years ago, despite me providing all the information needed several months in advance, then after the late submission, they then forgot to send out the finalized accounts. I had to pay the late fine !
In the latest year they provided a version of accounts for review that needed re-drafting heavily, and refused to provide further accounts until I paid for work on the original incorrect accounts, all with only 2 weeks prior to
