I would strongly advise anyone considering using Cleland Builders ie Dereck Cleland and Campbell Scott to avoid at all cost. This is a company of cowboy builders who cost us over 40 k in mistakes and bad workmanship in our new build home which we had to get rectified by another company after having to put them off the job. This company promise you a good job and are very plausible to begin with and turn your life into a nightmare with their underhand dealings ripping genuine people off. I wouldn’t trust this company to build me a garden shed. I hope by writing this review that it prevents other
