Unbelievable hotel. Heckfield Place must be seen to be believed. Unprecedented attention to detail in both design and room amenities. Staff are courteous, attentive and competent, their enthusiasm is demonstrable and give the hotel a true 'home from home' feel. Very difficult to describe, it must be experienced. (The homemade Ginger beer, is so good it should be illegal)
