I'm Amy and I founded Pure Emporium in 2013. Pure Emporium is now a multi-award-winning Beauty Salon in Hereford, specialising in skincare, as well as a range of beauty treatments alongside our lovely hair salon - Pure Emporium Hair. I trained as a Beauty Therapist at Champneys International Beauty College and over the years I have gained a wealth of knowledge within the industry.

Skin cleansing is essential in promoting and maintaining a healthy complexion. By cleansing the skin correctly, this will effectively remove makeup, dirt and pollutants, excess surface oils and sweat so the skin is fully prepared for further product application. A vital step in ensuring the skin is thoroughly cleansed.
The eyes are the first area of the face to show signs of ageing. The skin around the eyes is very thin and delicate and readily becomes dry, emphasising and causing lines and wrinkles. I would not hesitate to recommend Amy and her team at Pure Emporium. I booked my initial appointment online which was really quick and easy and subsequent appointments have been arranged when I've visited the salon. Kate is always so welcoming and friendly and was brilliant at helping me to get a cancellation appointment when I had to reschedule on one occasion. I've had treatments with both Amy and Paige and they are excellent - professional but lovely! The salon feels very Covid-safe and clean, has free parking and appointments are good value for money.

I have been going to Pure Emporium for about three years and have the following treatments: eyelash colouring and lifting, manicures and pedicures. More recently, I have also had my hair cut and coloured there as well. The salon is spotless and Covid friendly, the services are second to none and the staff are all well trained, professional, attentive to their customers, friendly and smart. I would highly recommend the salon to anyone.

Treated my sister for a birthday treat !
We arrived 10 min early but was seen almost straight away
Paige was professional and lovely
The only negative thing was the colour choice we had made a choice off the colour samples for the nails they didn’t have!! so the next colour we chose the bottle was opened and had to be thrown away it was gloopy !!!
Other than that my sister came away happy with a lovely manicure 😊

This was my third visit to Pure Emporium and can’t tell you how much I was looking forward to it . As always, the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and really make you feel at home. My treatment was amazing and so relaxing with Meg taking the time to explain everything. Next visit already booked, just love having this time for myself to look forward to!

Never thought a wax could be relaxing but Megan was so gentle and careful, I nearly fell asleep during my brow and upper lip wax! A few days later and still loving the look of my brows. They look thicker and the tint colour she recommended is perfect. A 10/10 salon experience. Thank you Megan and the rest of the lovely Pure Emporium team.

Every time I go to pure emporium I feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed! I never feel judged like I have at other places and I always leave happy with the service I have received. Everyone is friendly and happy to answer any questions about beauty no matter how silly the question sounds, and do their best to advise without being pushy. I would always recommend pure emporium!
