Came to discuss a build for a conservatory and promised to contact me with a quote which never materialised, even after chasing with 2 phone calls. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend anything about this company as they cannot even be bothered to send me a quote. Broken promises and lack of trust.

Strongly recommend this company. Booked an appointment for a quote on a large conservatory. Met by Jim who is a technical fitter not a salesman. He answered all my questions, discussed all my options and left me feeling happy I was getting what I wanted. I got two other quotes and the experience was about hard selling and closing the deal.
Mastercraft fitted my conservatory just 3 weeks ago. It looks fabulous and has added another dimension to my home, especially now we are all spending so much time there.
Last week I noticed one of the doors started "squeaking" when
