We had all of our windows and doors installed by Opus and the experience was very poor.
They were due to star on a Monday; they phoned the week before to tell us they would start a day late – no real problem as they said that they should still finish by Friday. The fitters would arrive at around 08.30am, but would leave by 3pm. We figured they were making good progress, because they were finishing so early. On the Friday they told us that they would need Saturday as well. This was quite frustrating as they could have just put in a proper days work and finished by Friday as they had planned.
