We have used Alsto-heat Ltd on three separate occasions now and we have been very pleased with their service each time. Two occasions were to install and plumb up new sinks and the latest occasion was to repair a leak we had from our boiler. We currently have a HomeCare agreement with British Gas for our boiler, but we had a similar problem last year and British Gas came to repair, but now it's happened again so we decided to call on Alsto-heat. Rang Alsto-Heat, Seemed Friendly and had lots of good reviews. My boiler was losing pressure and seemed to be leaking. The hot water and Heating was still working even with these problems. Alsto-Heat said the boiler was beyond repair and quoted for a new boiler. I did not believe them and got worcester bosch to look at it. It just needed a small part. Quote seemed very high for the price of the boiler they wanted to install. This is why I got a 2nd company in. Glad I did boiler is working great now.

I have used these plumbers to supply and install a Worcester Bosch boiler, rads and the full heating systems for my in-laws 3 bed house in the Cheltenham area which cost approximately £4.5k which was in the average territory for what needed to be done.

I've used Alsto Heat many times over 30 years or so, and in the past found them a good local company whose charges compared well. Not so any more though. I'm slowly paying off a bill for almost £500, when the original request was simply a gas safety check plus re-siting of an old heater (gas connection already there for this).
