We prepare annual accounts for small to medium sized businesses including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. We also deal with all taxation matters relating to each business type in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC - the new name for the Inland Revenue). We can also prepare interim and management accounts tailored to suit individual needs.
Your employer may have paid you mileage expenses at rates lower than the HMRC authorised mileage rates of: 45p for first 10,000 miles, and 25p for added miles in the tax year. You could have been paid mileage expenditures for only part of the business trip. When you are seconded temporarily (for less than 2 years) to another work environment, your organisation trip begins from your house not from your long-term workplace.
