In 1974, a local tradesman, Malcolm Theakstone started up a small gas central heating company named T&S Heating. Over the last 40 years, T&S has grown to become one of the biggest plumbing and heating businesses in the East Midlands and now employs over 100 local workers. From a small family business, T&S is now a forward thinking, dynamic business that looks to continue to expand in the local area.

All T&S builders are highly qualified and also accredited with the federation of master builders. T&S have been fitting kitchens in the East Midlands for many years offering services to private customers, councils and housing associations. In the last 2 years alone we have installed nearly 2000 fitted kitchens for residents of East Midlands Housing and T&S are working with some of the best suppliers to offer customers high quality, bespoke fitted kitchens.
T&S do not just fit central heating systems and boilers, T&S are also experts at fitting and converting bathroom and wet rooms and work all across in the Nottingham, Leicester and Derby areas.
