JOB TITLE: Call Handler (Temp to perm) SALARY / HOURLY RATE EQUIVALENT TO: 19,000 - 20,000 salary per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: As an Integrated Hub care navigator you will assist patients with assessed needs across the functions of the integrated hub. Working within agreed protocols and processes you will appropriately advise patients and direct them to the right clinical service, including booking in hours GP appointments.

JOB DESCRIPTION: To deliver an effective and competent level of accurate call handling for callers to an Out of Hours medical service. Back in 2016 I joined them and was amazed at how easy it was to get the paper work done but more importantly getting a JOB! If I remember correctly they got me a job within 2 days. Job centre didn't even get me an interview over almost a year. Friendly, understanding to what may limit you in finding work (i.e. health reasons) and professional. Worked with them for about a year and HIGHLY recommend them to anybody. You won't regret it.
