I would give this place zero stars. I called to ask if they could do a repair and they're not able to if they didn't install the windows which is acceptable but one of the repairs I have isn't the actual window it's the door lock and the person who answered the phone wouldn't even listen to my quesiton. He just wanted to rush me off the phone and couldn't be bothered. There's no point in dealing with people like this, because the first thing you want is good customer service. If you want friendly reliable glazer use Henry and Sons who've been great in past jobs.

Have had incredibly outstanding, quite superbly excellent service from Southern Windows (huge personal thank you Mariusz) when doing two items of work ay my flat first half of 2021: in my experience have rarely had such quite outstandingly efficient service. The same guy who did both fittings did another excellent and fast job (this fitter deserves a special "thank you" all on his own). Wish all equipment installations had this seriously efficient service.

Out of the many contractors involved in our house renovation, Southern Windows was without any doubt the very best one.
Thomas invited us to visit the showroom out of their opening hours and spent a great deal of time answering all our questions. He helped us to choose the right model and colour for our rear facade and the Schucco doors look fabulous. Every appointment made (either measurement, installation or after sales) was kept and the original timeline respected.
In summary great product, outstanding service and very competitive price: I would not let any friend go anywhere else in London

Southern supplied our windows and 2 sets of sliding doors, we have found them to be a great Company to deal with. From the very first time we met Mariusz in the showroom to installation they have been absolutely brilliant.
