All the information you need to keep your wealth in your family-out of the hands hangers-on, out of the hands of those who have no business in your business including the inheritance tax people. You might want, or need someone else to act on your behalf, perhaps simply because you want to delegate authority in certain financial matter to certain people.
Illness or accident may rob you or I of our mental faculties. The who, what, where, when and how of how the fruit of your life's work would be distributed. The art of keeping your wealth in your family, not just for one generation or two, but forever. Every family is unique, therefore you want a will that's unique to you, no off the peg nonsense.

Services
I'm sorry I disappointed you, but here's this will writing service. If you expected a list of services with prices attached in the style of restaurant menu, I'm sorry to disappoint you. Most so-called self-made men (they're almost always men) aren't. Jeff Bezos's mother gave him the money to found Amazon.
The Lasting Power of Attorney, LPA is a suite of documents that allows me (the donor) to appoint someone I trust (the attorney) to act on my behalf during my lifetime. Enough of me. Illness or accident may deprive you or I of our mental faculties and the ability to make decisions for ourselves. Health and Welfare LPA can be used to make decisions such as where the donor will live, or what medical, nursing or social care they will receive.
Inheritance tax: if your estate exceeds the nil rate allowance (currently 325,000) your estate is taxed at 40%.That's where simple ends. You might have heard 'they've increase inheritance tax allowance to a million pounds', but that's sophistry, that's a half truth, that's the million-pound trick. You might have heard of spousal exemption; it presupposes your spouse would live forever.
A trust is a legal entity that dates from the times of the Crusades, that holds assets on behalf of individuals when they are unable to hold the assets themselves or when the original owner thinks it undesirable that the beneficiaries should hold the assets in their own name. Although assets are held by the trusts, the beneficiaries would enjoy the benefits of the trust.
As you know, the longer it takes to administer an estate, the less the beneficiaries would get, therefore you don't want to delay probate and estate administration. Speed: accuracy, and effectiveness - ensuring the provisions of the will are carried out promptly and the beneficiaries secure the maximum value from the estate.

I have know Ade for years. In 2015 he wrote my will, has since amended it and just did all the work on my Lasting Powers of Attorney.
He has an easy, friendly way of explaining each process in plain, concise language. Everything becomes easy to understand - and stress free.
If ever I am unsure of something, or have a query - he just answers it. I completely trust him, his advice and I recommend him often.
If you haven't written a will - do it now. Use Ade and read his book!

We used Ade's services to update our wills and set up LPAs. He took the time to explain scenarios in a way that made it easy to understand and I felt confident in the whole process. He was very efficient and I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who was considering updating their wills and/or setting up a Power of Attorney.

A painless experience on what can be a difficult subject. I liked the clarity of thought which helped me understand clearly the implications in law of certain decisions. Moreover, though, Ade took the time to understand my values and overall wishes for my children when I die, which then informed the business end of the meeting. This is a quality I found lacking in other companies where I felt it was more of a conveyor belt experience. If you are putting off "putting your affairs in order," you will wonder why you did after dealing with MIS. Thank you, again, Ade.

Ade at MIS has been an enormous help during an incredibly sad time for my mother. He has been professional in his dealings with us & considered my mother’s delicate state at the loss of her sister. He is completely trustworthy, keeping us appropriately informed of progress at the various stages. I highly recommend him.

Bacially we hadn't written a will for many years, so we had to address this because we had reached retirement age and started to think about our and our families future. Having recently lost parents we realised that it was time to get expert advice.
Ade came to our rescue in our home, and asked us questions about our lifestyle to help sort out our requirements. Ade gave us valuable advice on inheritance tax and deed of variation and also the consequence of how you have title deeds of property written. It was a very interesting discussion and very informative, pointing us in the right direction

Before meeting with Ade we didn't have a will and did not really have a clear understanding of what was necessary however Ade made the whole process easy. He explained things clearly and answered any questions we had. The service was quick and efficient. We would definitely recommend Maximum Inheritance Specialists.
