I love this place.
I have just discovered my new male hairdresser who is Laszlo. I loved the way he treated me and spoke to me, no awkward silences, one of the best customer services I have ever received. This was my first time in Creations and I will be returning from now(already have an appoitment booked for next year😃). I can't stress enough how talented this young man is and the passion he works with is priceless. In the space of couple of hours, I have received numerous compliments on how beautiful and healthy my hair looked.
I was told my hair was woth million dollars🤑, when I said

I took my eldery and disabled Mother to Creations for the first time. She had a cut and perm. We usually go to another salon in Dunstable but we're trying Creations for a change.
My Mother has mid-term Vascular Dementia, as well as walking difficulties, but she was encouraged to use her rotator inside the salon and made to feel very welcome with cups of tea too.
The hairdresser and young ladies who washed my Mother's hair were very gentle. I stayed with my Mother and sat on the chair next to her.

Did my wife's hair but when she got home she wasn't happy because it wasn't what she had asked for even though it was well done. She called back and they instantly booked it in and re done it to how she wanted it with no fuss made. Good customer service.

I booked to have my hair done for a special occasion. I told the lady on the phone what I wanted and she said Emma could do it. I have curly hair so it should have been easy enough to get big curls, but when I left my hair was straighter than when I went in and my ear was burnt twice.
I would have expected someone with 4 years experience to be able to curl hair. Both owners were off and there did not appear to be anyone in charge. I contacted owner and was offered another appointment next time I go out or I could have a refund. I opted for refund and was told to go and collect it the next day

I tried so many hair dressers for my haircut but never satisfied but when i went to creation omg amazing staff excellent service. He was very professional and he was doing everything so perfectly my wash, cut, blow dry and curls. After sooooo long finally I satisfied with my hairs. Thank you so much. I will definitely recommend them and will definitely go again and again.
