Services
P & D Engineering is based in a 7500 sq ft and a 3500 sq ft engineering facility on the same site that provides CNC cellular manufacture, fully networked interactive production facility integrating the latest off line programming systems and Multiaxis machining capabilities. We have a multitude of experienced CNC programmers and setters who can program directly at the machine.
P & D Engineering have a design and technical department to allow us to deliver full engineering solutions. We have the latest Autodesk 3D CAD software allowing us to take in most types of 3D models. We can receive native, Catia, Pro-E, Solidworks data to name a few, along with interchange formats such as Step, Iges, etc.
As well as manufacturing new. We can also overhaul and refurbish your machinery. We have completed various refurbishment contracts over the past year, not only replacing worn items but also making design changes to equipment to improve or correct machine problems. We can come to site, remove the equipment and re-install and commission the equipment after refurb.
From the company's beginnings, we have had the ability to bridge the gaps between industry sectors by offering a complete engineering solutions package. P & D Engineering are hugely capable precision engineers. They have wide skill base from concept through design, to manufacture, testing and delivery of quality British engineered equipment . Despite all this P&D are also down to earth collection of highly experienced engineers who love what they do. Cannot recommend highly enough.
