I purchased my first home through Englands in Harborne. From the day of the viewing they were professional. They gave me enough time to put an offer in and I never felt pressured like I have with other estate agents who like to start a bidding war. Sam was amazing throughout the whole process. I had issues with my solicitors throughout the process and Sam went out of his way to help and kept reassuring me that it would all work out. The team were lovely and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Englands!

Absolutely sensationally exceptional service from the start.
Sam and Caroline were attentive, fun and always responded to me every time I had a question. Sam even found out the door code for me when I couldn't get straight into my place.
Definitely meeting him and the team at the local pub for a later date because not only was the service unreal, they became close friends with me throughout the process.
If you are buying a home in the Edgbaston area, you'd actually be a fool to not use Englands UK in Harborne.

This agent does not reply to calls to book viewings and their phone is always engaged. I think they have only 1 number which is pathetic. . Then after DEMANDING a viewing tried to put in offer and told my offer was insufficient and kept insisting someone has bid more than you without even telling me what the other party had bid!
They kept insisting I bid more because there was a lot of interest , however I just think they were trying to inflate the house value. When I pulled out of the bidding , would you believe it the property is still for sale 4 weeks later! Then made another enquiry and same

Brilliant service! A very friendly team. Felt like I was in good hands. Was given good advice, achieved the asking price for my property. Caroline was particularly helpful and kept me up-to-date with everything. No pressure to achieve a quick sale but encouraged me to hold out for a better price. Five star recommendation from me!

Helped my brother buy his house through these guys. The guys were polite and helpful in the estate agency side of things. The only dissatisfaction was when their in house solicitors only worked for the vendors and didn't help the sale on the buyers side I.e enquiries, no information why the delay with completion and fed back to our solicitor that the vendors were on holiday and didnt give a completion date which was delayed for two weeks which meant we bought home insurance earlier then eneded. I have used Englands to purchase my house three weeks before. Caroline has provided a very pleasant experience on my purchase. She is honest and supportive. There were few challenges during the purchase, however she managed to resolved them in an efficient way. I would certainly recommend Caroline for her sincere efforts.

Stay away from this estate agent. I haven't put my house on the market with them and thank god for that. Instead i was booked into view a house with them. I arrived at the house at 3.15 my viewing time i was still sitting there at 3.45 after been told twice they were on the way. I left at 3.48 still no sign. How on earth do you expect to sell a house when estate agents can't even turn up to show you round. I wonder what all them fees are for. Disgraceful

Caroline at England’s was first class in helping us sell our home. She’s very professional, helpful and flexible in arranging viewings and communicated well throughout the process, supporting and reassuring with her experience. Of course all estate agents are working for the seller, but she really did see things from the sellers perspective and went above helpful to in many ways, which was a refreshing change from many other estate agents.
