I was ripped off. They took £60 for a rear light for my Audi A8 and it doesn’t work as it should. It has more than half on the led bulbs not working. I did call them but not interested in listening to me in the slightest. Buyer beware

I spoke to Bolton Car Breakers about an aerial unit for my Zafira Tourer which they sent up to Scotland for me but unfortunately it was for a higher spec model(mines does not have sat-nav) anyway I called them up as soon as it arrived and the girl could not be more helpful.They never had the correct part I was looking for so she said just to send them it back and I would get a refund.Posted it back just over a week ago and that's my full refund in my bank today.
Thanks guys,I have your card so I will keep you in mind for the future.

Not impressed, the gearbox was 6 days coming instead of next day as promised, I had to keep chasing - no one called me about any problems, it then arrived with a serious oil leak which was present before dispatch.
UPDATE.......... After only 10 weeks the gearbox failed to select gears and jammed in reverse, I am very dissapointed with my experience and it has been very costly as I am having to face another cost to replace the gearbox.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , worst experience of my life. I ordered a part based on the advice given to me by Dean which I now know was totally wrong advice. The so called "manager " said if I sent the part back he would refund minus the postage and would not send me a return label I would have to pay return postage too. Such rip off merchants . Not exactly customer friendly. Decided to just cut my losses as judging by other comments on here probably will be a waste of more money sending it back.
