Kim has been a nurse at the practice for more years than she cares to remember. Firstly as a child when she used to attend as a patient and now as a dental nurse. She began her career in 2004 and qualified in 2011. Elaine is our new receptionist, she has moved back to Nottingham after living in New Zealand for 25years where she ran a busy dental practice in a small town called Whitianga.
We have introduced our own dental membership arrangement to reward and look after our patients who visit the practice regularly. Just look at what you can gain from becoming a member! When asked if there were any comments or suggestions that would have made your visit more pleasant. Mr Govind is a great dentist. I really appreciate his caring chair side manner. I used to be worried about drilling at my previous dentist but Mr Govind has a way of putting patients at ease. I feel well cared for at this Dentist.
Mr D came in having fractured a lower tooth. We talked about crowning the tooth but a quicker option was to use bonding techniques to rebuild the tooth. A one visit procedure with minimal fuss that meant Mr D could start eating again. Mrs S tripped and fell chipping her front teeth. Fortunately she wasn't in any pain but using composites we were able to restore her smile.

I have been attending Mr Govind’s dental surgery since I was a teenager with a hiatus when I moved away from the area. I was so glad to be able to register with him for myself and my young girls. He explains everything, is kind and patient and genuinely makes a visit to the dentist a pleasure. I cannot recommend him highly enough, particularly for anyone who has had a previous negative experience or is perhaps scared. Elaine on reception is welcoming and lovely to talk to as well as Mr Govind’s lovely dental assistant. My youngest even put her best party dress on for the occasion, no fear because

Five Star service provided by a dedicated team of professionals whose aim is to provide a positive outcome. From point of reception through to and during dental practice you feel welcome and know you are going to receive expert attention. A narrative is provided by Suresh prior to and during treatment so you are aware of what will take place and at what point you are in the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend this Dental Practice.

I am so happy that I've found this dental practice having had some pretty hideous experiences prior. A friend of mine recommended Mr Govind and his team and I must admit I was very nervous. However my expectations have been exceeded and I am now telling anyone who will listen how amazing they are! I felt listened to and I understood exactly what was going to happen with the treatment. Everything was explained to me and I feel I've had such a thorough job done. Nothing was rushed and I really felt like I could trust that I wasn't going to be unnecessarily traumatised.

I cannot think of one person who does not get at least a little apprehensive about going to the dentist but I assure you with Gedling Road Dental you will be received by a wonderful team who do their best to make you as comfortable as possible. Suresh is amazing at what he does and unlike most dentists, is great with making his clients feel at ease. He will keep you informed every step of the way through the treatment and provides fantastic results. The whole team go above and beyond to accommodate you! I am glad I did not run back out the door! Highly recommended!

The Gedling Dental Practice was recommended to me and I haven't been disappointed. Mr Govid is an excellent dentist taking the taking the time to explain the process and give advice. My recent visit involved a clean and polish and I can say my teeth have never looked better.

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. It's almost 30 years since my first visit and I have always, without exception, received amazing care and advice.
