We had a booking confirmed to view a property at 11:30. At 11:40 we called and were told the agent had already left to come to the flat (and a confirmation of our 11:30 slot), a ~9 minute drive away. Twenty minutes later they still didn’t show and hung up when we called to ask when they would show. Thoroughly disappointing

My home was advertised with Chancellors Stanmore for four months. They were unable to sell.
I hoped the process would be much smoother however just a few weeks in there were several careless errors and delays to the ad. They really don’t listen to what you want and they only decided to rectify the ad issues I raised three months later after I gave my termination notice.
There’s an extremely high staff turnover and lack of communication. Three members of staff I was working closely with suddenly left around the same time.
A new sales manager was appointed and I thought I had a meaningful

Shocking customer service and professionalism. We wasted 5 months with Chancellors with no guidence on the market and with no recommendations of pricing.
We decided to use Chancellor's based on the employee who came and done the valuation, only to find out a few months later that he had left. No one thought to let us know about this so we did not know who our main point of contact was.

Horrendous lettings agency. It's been over 5 weeks since I've moved out and my deposit hasn't been returned, despite many promises that it will. All the agency fees and where do they go? You get dismissed at every opportunity - even by managers. The start of my tenancy should have been a flashing red light with changing the moving date around and the lackluster approach. If I owed them money there is no way this would be dragged out. Do yourself a favour and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
