With a degree in civil engineering and an early career in the British army, followed by an MBA and commercial success in sales of process technologies in both the USA and the UK, James has been at the head of the ERG group since 2001. James has a strong emphasis on industrial sales and guides the Group's overall strategy with passion, growing the company in the UK and internationally.
Richard studied Chemical Engineering at Cambridge University and is a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers. He has spent his entire career in environmental and process engineering and has been with ERG for over 20 years, including in proposals and process engineering, engineering and operations management, and as managing director since 2013.
