I booked bin cleaning with this company over 3 months ago and they hardly ever turn up! One of the bins in fact has yet to have its first clean!! I keep emailing each time they miss a clean and don’t even receive a response from them! I paid for their premium cleaning service and basically feel scammed. Would give them 0 stars if that were possible - AVOID THIS MICKY MOUSE OPERATION!!

Love Your Bin have cleaned my bins for years, and even clean my windows too!
In all that time they have always been professional and polite, and the office staff always helpful.
Given all that’s been going on recently, I’ve been ever so grateful that they’ve done their best to continue their services, and cannot speak more highly of them or their staff.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
They didn’t turn up on the specified date (or any other day) and when I phoned, the lady I spoke couldn’t have sounded more bored and unhelpful if she had tried. To add to this, it took over a month to get a refund after calling on a number of occasions. Not worth the hassle.
