Broad Yorkshire Law
Personal injury claims for accidents at work, road traffic accidents (RTA), slips trips and falls, criminal injuries and medical negligence. Our team is based in Sheffield and we offer expert solicitors in family law and personal injury work throughout Yorkshire. Most of our clients are from Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley and Rotherham - but our solicitors are happy to help across Yorkshire and beyond.

We are virtual law firm meaning we operate without boundaries and walls. If you want to speak to us out of hours we can arrange this, you prefer Skype to the telephone? We can help. Our service is about YOUR needs not ours.

Broad Yorkshire Law was started by our Managing Director, Lois Bayliss, to ensure she could realise her dream to give clients what they wanted from their local law firm. Based in the heart of the Yorkshire our approach to law is about giving the communities of South Yorkshire access to expert, local, legal advice.
We deal with a wide variety of accident claims from a slip and trip accident in the supermarket through to industrial disease and medical negligence cases. We aim to ensure our clients experience a good service from us which is professional and personal to our client and their particular needs.

We are happy to visit clients at their home and to liaise with clients outside of office hours; we are here to work around you! Being a small law firm, we rely on repeat custom and thus we ensure that our service and your experience with us is second to none.
When a product or item is sold to a consumer, the owner of the product has a duty to make sure it is safe for its intended use. The Consumer Protection Act of 1987 states that any product that has not been misused and causes personal injury, the person who has suffered does have a legal right to make a compensation claim against the manufacturer responsible.
Bullying at work is abusive behavior which is repeated whether it is verbal, physical or otherwise conducted by one or more persons at your place of work. Although a one off incident can make an individual feel undermined at the time it is not considered bullying unless it is repeated inappropriate behavior.
Although construction workers need to take responsibility for their own care and safety to some extent, construction injuries are usually due to negligence on the part of your manager or employer. Which means if you are injured on a construction site while working and the injury is due to someone else's negligence, you, as an injured employee could be entitled to a construction accident compensation claim.

Went above and beyond when they didn’t even need to. Took my case on when everyone else said no without them I wouldn’t of be successful in my claim . Carly and Ryan where always ready to answer my questions no matter how pointless those questions were
