We are NICEIC Approved Contractors and we have worked on a plethora of projects ranging from small to large, we have much experience, tacit knowledge and know-how to apply to your electrical requirements and projects. We offer an extensively wide range of services from domestic small installations right up to complete commercial fit out projects.
We have a range of service packages to offer landlords coverings all possible scenarios, from electrical emergencies to boiler breakdowns, we offer cover for an annual one off payement. As well as being established installers of electrical systems and heating systems, we also offer the service of complete refurbishments, of both domestic and commercial properties.
You can visually check your consumer unit or fuse board yourself to see if it has an RCD or not, they are usually double the width of a normal breaker and should have a test button on marked with a "T". If this device is not present then it is highly likely that you will need a Consumer Unit Upgrade.
Domestic Landlords - Every year or change of tenancy you must obtain a gas safety certificate. In the U.K. it is a legal requirement to have a gas safety check carried out by a competent and registered gas engineer. All of our gas engineers are registered with Gas Safe. Formerly known as CORGI, using a Gas Safe registered engineer will assure that your property is checked properly and professionally by us.
We would advise landlords and home owners to commission an EICR of the installation and consumer unit at least every 10 years or so. This will enable you to find out if technology or standards have advanced in that time and with this knowledge and report produced by us, you will be able to make a decision on whethwer or not you need to improve the installation.

Really happy with the recent work from HomeCert covering new pendant light fittings, external lights, new sockets, fitting new towel rails, co2 and heat sensors.
Pleasant and professional at all times, kept me informed of progress and did such a great job at tidying up after, I couldn’t work out how they’d got the sensors in the ceiling! Would always recommend and definitely have back again for any more work.
