The father of the business. Having grown up with his family in Hall Green, Thom spent his formative years developing and renovating homes across the local area with Pauline. After setting up Kelly Homes, Thom fancied another challenge, deciding to study Chartered Surveying at Coventry University, graduating with a First Class Honours.
Sometimes we felt they were optimistic at times about completion times, leading to presume, but understandable given the circumstances and long wait time of the sale. Katie was very good at trying to solve the big issue around our devaluation so mut be commended about that! Offer: Once you put an offer in, we will put it straight through to the vendor and get back to you ASAP. Sales Process: Once your offer has been accepted, we will raise a memorandum of sale and ensure both parties have instructed a solicitor. Exchange & Completion: We will work out a date between both parties to exchange and completion, facilitating a key collection form our office once completion has taken place.
