Crystal Boutique previously known as Crystal Prom Wear is based in Fleet, Hampshire and is one of the largest stockists of; Prom, Evening, Wedding and Bridesmaid Dresses in Hampshire, Berkshire & Surrey. Originally started by Kay Balsdon in 2006 and based in Church Crookham, it was not long before it quickly outgrew its small family home.
We have a variety of hair accessories, including tiaras, slides, combs and pins, with crystals, pearls, or diamantes, so you can find the accessory to match your style. We also stock a variety of bags and wraps, to add the finishing touch to your look. See our collection in store, it's worth the visit!

Firstly we would like to say a big Thank you to Kay and Magda who helped my daughter find her perfect dress. We had been to 6 different shops and didn’t receive the service we did here. Service was great in store and on a call back, great variety of sizes, prices, colours and styles. We bought a Mori Lee dress for a fab price. Very pleased would recommend. Thank you ladies

I had a such a great experience here, the staff were lovely and very helpful. Ansela helped with the dress fitting and she was very helpful and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Also the dresses were amazing, it was so hard to pick just one! I definitely recommend shopping here for all occasions, although I went for prom, 10/10 shop and experience.

Dreadful place, I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone expecting any kind of experience in the lead up to this very special time when shopping for a beautiful dress for Prom.
The only question my daughters were asked upon entering the store was their sizes (I have twins), we were pointed to the rails, which were in sizes, rather cramped together & we were told to hang the dresses we were interested in on the hook. There was no discovery of the girls' ideal dress, style, colour or look they wanted to achieve. I actually felt uncomfortable ... as if I was a problem for them just being there

Absolutely brilliant!!! We got a chance to look through what there was and after a few dresses were starting to feel a bit lost. The lady who owned the shop listened to what my daughter liked about a few dresses and then said, ‘I know what dress’ and pulled out a dress that was our absolute 10!! A real say yes to the dress moment! Thanks for a fabulous experience!!!
