AvonView Services was created by James Price and Chris Edwards, industry leaders in M&E and renowned for delivery within the construction industry. With over 10 years experience within the M&E & Construction Industry and a full member of the Chartered Institute of Builders, James leads the commercial and pre construction element of the company.
This is a new build hotel which utilises part of an existing building along with conferencing facilities for up to 629 delegates. We have overseen the management and scheduling of the completion of this project to ensure that the client has received the building on budget and on time. Wembley point is an iconic building next to the Stonebridge station at 21 floors it commands an imposing profile over the landscape.
First Ibis budget of this configuration in the UK to match the new style in Europe, it involved a lot of work on design development of the 2nd fix items to achieve the aesthetics required. This was a conversion from Hilton to a Novotel. The hotel was to remain occupied which meant that we had to keep the services running whilst we were upgrading the rooms and services.
