Services
I set up the practice in 1993. I look after a portfolio of clients for audit, tax and accountancy services. Alongside inheritance tax expertise, I am also licenced by the ICAEW to carry out non-contentious probate services. I joined Deacons' London office in 1999, and have gained considerable experience, specialising in owner managed/small business accounting and tax planning.
Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, LLP's, private and public companies is part of our day to day activities. Not only do we prepare the accounts but we use the figures as a valuable planning tool to identify trends and patterns to help you make informed decisions for the future.
We can manage your accounting records, by providing you with a bookkeeping service, leaving you more time to concentrate on your business. Our staff will analyse and manage your paperwork on a software package in house or operated through the cloud and ensure when required that VAT returns are filed.
Deacon's offers a comprehensive company secretarial service to ensure that you meet your statutory obligations. Deacon's has extensive experience in this area and has undertaken these on numerous occasions. We are able to advise on all stages of the process whether this be a valuation purely for tax purposes or for more commercial means.
Sandra Deacon is qualified to carry out non-contentious probate work and is authorised and regulated by the ICAEW for probate services. Probate is a complex area that is required in a lot of situations when someone dies.
Deacon's is able to provide assistance with this process and by having a detailed knowledge of you and your business, we are often better placed to deal with your affairs than perhaps solicitors who may only see you at the point of drawing up a Will.We can either assist the appointed Executor(s) or take on this role if authorised by the Estate.
