Products include inlets, nozzles, and machined castings for use in a range of process industry applications. PK Engineering has expertise and experience in a wide range of technology and industry sectors.

We are focused on CNC precision machining of component parts in stainless steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous materials including engineering plastics. Most of our business is in the production of batches between 10 and 500 components, though we also have the skills and capabilities to manufacture high-value one-offs.

Products include bulkheads, shutters, optical mounts and instrument beds for laser diffraction equipment. Products include chromatography columns, pippetors, diffusers and nebuliser parts for chromatography, rheometer and dissolution systems. We also have experience of manufacturing complex high-value items for geotechnical testing systems.
PK Engineering's manufacturing system is based on the latest Redthorn Aventa production control software powered by Oracle. This networked system brings a high degree of flexibility and handles all major functions including enquiries, sales order, delivery, invoicing, purchasing, planning and stock control.
Without a process that produces the correct part, rapid delivery and keen pricing are meaningless. Components produced by PK Engineering are used in products and systems for a range of demanding environments and in a number of highly regulated industries. Our commitment to quality for all our customers is based on effective hands-on management, planning and attention to detail from receipt of order through to completion.
As experienced manufacturing engineers we can offer support in the development process to ensure components are designed for straightforward low cost manufacture. Despite the best intentions of cross-functional product development teams, too many components still wind up designed without sufficient attention to ease of manufacture, and are simply are "thrown over the wall" to suppliers or in-house manufacturing teams.
