I really wouldn’t like to circle any of the above, eventually had to contact the CEO. Not sure if it helped but got the car back in just a week after being in the repair shop 8 weeks . NK motors were polite but not sure if they could tell me much about the fault and that NK said it might take months to repair .
I’m really putting my trust in NK as the fault was listed on Kia owners club as ‘fatal floor’ . NK motors Derby I think done all they could to help me in the circumstances especially the Courtesy car (all electric) which gave me an insight to them. Altogether I’ve had 2 of the

The sales guy I dealt with was excellent (saved the sale on a very expensive car). The rest of the dealership were unresponsive, disinterested and bordering on surly. Worst ever car purchase experience. Will never go back to this dealership (especially after visiting two other Kia dealers who had a totally different approach to customers)

Just purchased new car off Auran at NK Motors Derby. It was a fantastic service, very knowledgeable and friendly. Not your typical salesman he did everything he could to get me the best deal.
